Hello knitters!

On this post we would like to show you, how to join your garments with your crochet hook.

To fuse garments and pieces is a “must do” when knitting. It’s very common when knitting blankets for example. You will always need to fuse bands when crocheting your projects. This technique is not only useful but offers a strong and perfect crochet result after fusing the bands.

Let’s start step by step!

1. We need to start by crocheting the seam inside out of our WAK garment.

2. Take your crochet hook through the first 2 stitches (in the sides) of the garments we want to join.

3. Pass the thread you are going to use through both stitches.

Repeat these steps on the entire border of your two pieces and you will get crochet seam.

We recommend you to start crocheting a blanket for this winter! Just have a look on our wool yarn ball catalog and choose your colors to start crocheting!

Share your designs and crochet results on Instagram! Don’t forget the hashtag #weareknitters 😉

For this post we have used a crochet hook, 100% Peruvian wool in fuchsia and one 100% peruvian wool yarn ball in spotted beige.
