Hi knitters!!

Today we are showing you a new way to knit your WAK garments… sand stitch!

It’s a very simple stitch to knit and by combining different colors and thicknesses of yarn you will end up with a spectacular garment.

As always, begin by casting on the necessary number of stitches onto your left WAK needle.

1st row: We knit a stitch and purl a stitch throughout the whole row.

2nd row: We knit the whole row.

We repeat this technique for all the rows, using the first row for the odd rows and the second row for the even rows.

It’s ready! Now you have knitted the sand stitch! 😉

For this post we have used

8MM BEECHWOOD KNITTING and 100% PERUVIAN PETITE WOOL in MOSS GREEN.

Let us see your WAK garments knitted with this super easy stitch on Instagram.
