The temperatures are rising, the days are getting longer, what better time to have a knitting party? We were ready to enjoy the springtime, so we hosted a knitting party last Wednesday, June 11th, and with an ideal location: a rooftop patio in downtown NYC! The weather was perfect, and there was a little something for everyone: baby knits, totes, cotton knits, and crochet bags.
A rainbow of wool was displayed for viewing pleasure; we couldn’t pick just a few colors!
Attendees got the chance to see our newest collections, trying on sweaters and hats for selfies in between small bites and refreshments.
Everyone from beginners to advanced knitters were present, with informal mini-lessons happening on the couches between friends. As the sun was beginning to set on the Manhattan skyline, attendees sipped on their “Knit-tinis,” our signature drink for the event, and practiced their stitches on the needles and yarn displayed around the rooftop.
