1.- BUSINESS ORGANIZATION & OBJECTIVE
WE ARE KNITTERS (herein referred to as ‘WE ARE KNITTERS”), located at calle Recaredo 3, bajo, 28002, Madrid. With NIF: ESB86080595 organizes a contest to select the photographs that best represent the image of the brand.
2.- PARTICIPATION AND COVERAGE
To participate, entrants must be above the age of 18 and legal residents of countries where We Are Knitters ships.
Eligible Locations:
Spain (Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, United States, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania , Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.
3.- DURATION
The action will begin on 25.7.2016 and will continue through 7.8.2016 at 23:59PM.
4.- COMMUNICATION OF DURING THE PROMOTION
We Are Knitters will communicate with participants via website, Facebook ,Twitter , and Instagram as the basis for promotion and with any further requirements for participation.
We Are Knitters can utilize additional digital channels, such as, online publications, email, and others, for promotion or conditions. Any such regulations will remain valid regardless of their publication status.
5.- Prize
One winner will be selected from the participant pool to be awarded one Super Summer Kit, valued at 170E (excluding shipping costs).
The selection of one winner and three alternates will be completed by the We Are Knitters team. The first alternate will be deemed the winner if the first selection cannot satisfy the conditions of the competition or share their contact details to receive the prize. The second alternate will do nothing if the first two conditions have been met and provide the necessary information for delivery.

Participation in this promotion is free and completely online, as outlined on the We Are Knitters Blog

– Create your new post on Instagram named #FromWhereIKnit
8.- AWARDS
We Are Knitters will communicate on August 8th 2016 on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram with the name of the winner, who must then make direct contact with We Are Knitters via Facebook, Twitter, or an email to [email protected] within 72 hours. Failure to communicate will result in disqualification and the first alternate will become the winner
Awards have no redeemable cash value and cannot be exchanged or returned for money.
Winners agree to provide all necessary information to We Are Knitters at the time of the award process in order to enable the delivery of the prize.
9.- DISQUALIFICATION
We Are Knitters reserves the right to reject entries that appear fraudulent or do not meet the conditions and requirements set forth. We Are Knitters does not assume responsibility for any actions of participants.

With your participation in this competition, you consent to sharing your data with We Are Knitters for the management of this competition and additional brand communications.
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the voluntary transmission of personal data (including email) necessary to participate in this Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent to We Are Knitters, itself or through other entities to undertake the management and processing of data, to be processed by automated means for purposes of advertising, market research, and incorporating this data into an automated file for communicating with the participant in the future. Voluntary transmission of data further authorizes the use of this medium to receive commercial communications We Knitters Are regarding the products and services it provides in the area of online sales, in addition to participating in this promotion. The participant is entitled to access this file in order to oppose, modify, correct or delete the contents wholly or partly by post to address: Recaredo 3, bajo, 28002, Madrid.
11.- MODIFICATION OF THE PROMOTION
We Are Knitters reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time, if it cannot ensure the proper functioning of the campaign, either for technical reasons such as viruses or manipulation, or any other organizational forces.

In accordance with the provisions of the standards for current promotions on Instagram, this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter and that the information provided by participants is exclusively managed by the organizing company, We Are Knitters
13.- ACCEPTION OF REGULATIONS
By participating in the promotion indicated, it is understood that the contestants are entirely subject to these rules and accept the result. Both the participants and the organizers agree that any dispute that may arise over the application or interpretation of this promotion is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid.
